I purchased the most beautiful (expensive) cocktail dress for a party that never happened and I’m dying to find somewhere to wear it.
What are some of the most upscale restaurants in the city where I won’t stick out in a really elegant dress?
I was looking at Steak 48, Butcher and Singer, and Vernick Fish but I need to reserve it for Dec 4 or 5 and they have no availability ☹️
