I am looking for a Real Estate lawyer for a tenant and landlord negligence case against a mid-size/big developer and property management company here in the city. Just some issues:

Chemical leaks with unknown sources and possible cover ups

Water damage in many building areas, affecting structural safety, left to grow mold, unaddressed and leaking for months

I’ve had documented health issues due to negligence and safety concerns

verbal sexual harassment by property supervisor

multiple building code violations and faulty exits (at one point both doors were not working and the fire alarms were showing “trouble” codes)

people from the landlord walking into apartments with no notice to tenants - including walking into mine and then getting verbally aggressive with me demanding I let them in

failure to address safety concerns - violent DV issues and violent tenants (neighbor), same tenant also verbally harasses other tenants

failure to address theft and other safety issues in parking lot and building - mail missing, USPS told the building they will not deliver mail if issues not addressed

many other things… these are just some. I have a list of other tenants with multiple issues too who can also confirm these issues above.
