Hard Rhino vs Nootropicsdepot Quality

Hey so I’ve always stuck with HR when it comes to phenibut but recently they’ve been sold out. I decided to buy some from Nootropicsdepot and imo the quality is severely lower. I would take 2gs of HR and feel really good while with Nootropic Ive barely been feeling it. Does anyone else have the same experience or can explain why?
