Hey guys, so I’m still pretty much a baby when it comes to using phenibut (using regularly for about two months now, daily about a month), but I was just wondering, is using phenibut daily (at reasonable dosages, considering tolerance) all that bad/unsustainable?
A little background, I am definitely 100% have what professionals would call substance abuse disorder, everyone else just says an addict. But I just haven’t found it very difficult to keep (what I would call) moderate usage, especially compared to street drugs/C2 prescription drugs. I do use daily, my dosage is anywhere from about .7g to as high as about 4 grams. Generally it’s about 1.5 to 3 grams, just depends on what other stuff I’ve taken that day. I find that odd because I but 100g at a time, but I have no problem with just ramping up the dosage/frequency (you should see me with my adderal script…).
To top it all off, I still feel like the phenibut still very much helps with life/anxiety/mental health, and I don’t really foresee raising my dose anymore. I mean obviously it’s always best policy to take frequent breaks and keep dose as low as possible, but for addicts that just isn’t always probable.
What do y’all think?
