Help! I got hired to buy Bitcoins thru Coins.PH for a German citizen. Is this safe?

So I got hired to buy Bitcoins. The one who hired me (a German citizen) wanted to save on taxes so the plan is to send money thru Paypal > then I transfer money to Gcash > use the money to buy Bitcoins in Coins.PH. Is this safe? Is there a chance that I can get to prison when I work for this client? Let me know your thoughts guys.

Well, you're partially correct though.
It's COO (a German guy) had yet to be caught! And the last news report by The Guardian UK pinpoint his last travel stop prior to their CEO having been incarcerated... you'd be surprise that it's MNL!
And from here, he just VANISHED into mid-air!
And those missing cash of almost 2B Euros, they were floating around these ASPAC coasts.
