Our company, AMS Manila, is currently hiring for our next batch of Trainee Recruiter Programme which begins on 25th April. This is part of our growth plans for 2022, and we're looking for qualified people who are interested in shifting their career into the field of recruiting.

This opportunity will involve an initial 6 week training program, designed to equip successful candidates with the skills and knowledge that will help them to become successful recruiters. Upon completion of the initial training, the Trainee Recruiters will transition to a client account to help deliver critical hiring needs and continue their development journey by putting their learning into practice and working alongside our experienced colleagues.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:

• A strong desire to operate as a Recruiter in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment

• A minimum of 12 months commercial experience (e.g., BPO, RPO, corporate HR)

• Access to a dedicated workspace as well as a stable and secure internet connection (in line with our hybrid working approach)

• A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite such as Outlook, Word and Excel and a willingness to work with new technologies / platforms

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
