I am a freshmen of PUP calling on any willing volunteers to answer our survey regarding the decision making of consumers from the perspective of call center agents. This is in compliance with our major subject, Consumer Behavior, where this survey is a cumulative of finals project for the said subject. We do hope that kindhearted people find the time to help college students out.
