Hi, I found a condo in riverfront residences Pasig and I’m looking for someone to occupy the other room (2 rooms kasi)

About the place: - 3 to 5 mins away from c5 and landers Arcovia - 2 bedroom fully furnished - ground floor with balcony - 50sqm with drying cage - 1 year contract - rent is 25k assoc dues is included (we’ll split this)

About me: - female 24 yo - working professional - has one golden retriever - hybrid work set up - clean and hygienic

About you: - female (non-negotiable) - preferably working too or studying - clean - you can bring a pet - willing to split everything like bills and rent (12.5k/month)
