So this became a thing since my gym sponsor can no longer cover my transpo to the gym.

All necessary info:
Angkas to Gym and back home: avg. P208
Grab to Gym and back home: avg. P556
Angkas to Gym and Grab back home: avg. P380
Gym 2-3x a week. If twice a week, I hit full body on both days. If thrice a week, I hit 3 muscle groups day 1, 3 muscle groups day 2, and full body day 3.
So it becomes about 2k more or less, per month.
Target weight: 105lbs (47.6kg); Current weight: 122lbs (55.3lbs)
UNNECESSARY INFO: Lost 38lbs
I've already lost 20lbs in 1 month of training with a personal trainer/coach (16.9k for one month but I lost my sponsor after that so I lost my gym membership as well. I am not proud of the things I had to do for that but I am happy with my progress) The gym-less months that followed, I dropped 18lbs more from stress and unintentional fasting.
