Hi po I just wanna ask if possible pong mag change role sa company? I'm into supervisory level pero mas gusto ko nilang ulit bumaba ng position or mag change role. Nakakastress sa production area and prior to that walaa pa ako exp into supervisory role. I'm 4 months into the job, and I feel like hindi fit na yung job na ito para sakin :< Hay. Just wanna ask i lf that is possible? Ayaw ko kasi umalis sa company :3
