Hi! I just need to let it out of my system. I feel like i am already burnt out and it affects me.

I was hired with this FMCF Shared Service center last July 1 as a specialist. And just on my 3rd month appraisal, my boss touched on my regularization - saying that I am not at par with my teammates who are all specialist. In the org kasi, specialist is next to manager na. However, I feel like may kulang din sa part nila - giving me proper Knowledge transfer and all that new hire stuff.

Life has been very hard for me this 2022. This is my 3rd job this year and dito ko na nakikita self ko na magtatagal. Pagod na pagod na ako magplease ng tao.
