Hello would to know your take on this situation.

Im currently on my first job 6 months in the company (Psych). Now, my college batchmate offered me to apply to their company (backer basically) heres the comparison.

Current job: - Good work experience (got to the point that i can easily finish my output hours after it was given) so i find it boring na. - Low salary (just a few thousand above minimum wage). - mandatory no overtime (M - F work sched) - Workmates are fine but cant relate with them (majority are on their 50s im on my early 20s) - no promotion - Commuting daily to ortigas from manila - facilities and equipments are outdated (computers are bad microsoft version are 2004) or shitty (server is down for 2 montsh already) (aircon 1 monthd efective) - no hr only accounting

New job prospect - Good experience but can get repetitive - much much better pay (incentives as well, free lunch and shuttle) - rarely to no ot - schedule different has weekends work but offset on weekdays - workmates are nice and easy to get along (as per my batchmate) - you can be promoted - commute is manila to manila (<20 mins travel time) - facilities are top notch (newly established) - complete hr and other staff

My consideration is its a good offer but im only 6 months in my current job. Whats your take on this?
