HELLO NORMAL LANG BA na pag sa supervisory role binigay sayu na sa 1st month mo mangapa ka at magtanong sa mga gagawin? I'm very anxious right now because simula na ng proper ng turn over ng responsibility sa akin, bukas. Need ko mahandle sa production yung inquiries at mga tao ng management. Sobrang bagu sa akin to, kasi nanggaling ako sa logistics, tas to management role and I feel na hindi ko pa masyadong gamay yung mga bagay bagay :> Any advice how to properly deal with this feelings?
