They want my friend to start immediately. Hindi nila gusto magrender ng days upon resignation si friend sa current employer niya as they want na sa kanila na agad.
I told her na hindi maganda na gano'n. I told her na baka marami silang volume and baka hindi siya magkaron ng proper training since niru-rush nila yung process.
I think need your help guys how to expound yung thought ko. Or is it really a bad thing?
