Post Body

The title may seem too dramatic but it is what it is.

It’s gonna be my last day tomorrow at my current job and I just can’t shake off the feeling of profound sadness — more of a bittersweet feeling actually. It was my first-ever full time job.

Apart from the sadness, I also feel jittery with a hint of joy, all those emotions at once. I don’t know where this post is leading but I just need an outlet to let this out 😅 I guess to help me keep grounded from all that I’m feeling right now. I am on a hybrid setup but I personally chose to work onsite tomorrow to be with my colleagues for one last time. I don’t know if it’s going to help?

What about you guys? How did you feel when you left your first job? How did you deal with that sad/bittersweet feeling? Did things turn out better than what you expected? Need all the insights, opinion, advices I could get 🥹🙏🏻
