I got an offer to work for a known MNC but what made me pass it up was the uncertainty of going back to RTO and I heard 60 hours a week was normal for the position I was offered in.
I had to quit my previous job because of transpo problems and the uncertainty with the work set up convinced me not to take the offer. Plus the working hours, which a friend told me and every review on Glassdoor for my position lol
I ended up taking a full time WFH job, similar role-ish. The company seems great from what I’ve seen, but I’m on a contract for 1 year with no benefits till then - which I don’t mind as of now. Pros for this is I get to wfh permanently and I’ll get time to do some online courses to learn new skills in DA.
I just feel bad since the offer I rejected was a graduate program so I probably would’ve learned a lot and at the same time make my self more visible in the job market in the long run.
Idk,did I atleast make a good decision or was I stupid?
