I recently received a offer from 2 roles, basically the same role, here is the comparison

JO 1 - Offshoring. Night Shift for a Clothing brand in Canada and US. Onsite work. 85k basic salary. Mukhang okay naman pero i don't think working in an offshoring setup is really for me. If may makakaalala sa akin dito, I left 2 jobs in a span of 3 months both offshored roles. I wanted to make this work pero i don't think night shift is for me. Already signed the JO

JO 2 - FMCG Shared Services. Dayshift. 20 mins from my home in Bulacan. Hybrid working model. Though, 50k Salary, 13100 in other monetary benefits. No expectations whatsoever pero mukhang okay naman. Di pa ako nag sign ng JO.

Ang akin lang, worth it ba i let go yung 85k? Im afraid it might not work out again kasi ayun yung nangyari sa akin in the past 2 months. I think I am leaning towards going to JO2 pero worth it ba?
