Hi guys!

I need your help, I`m actually torn between these two options right now. Right now, I`m working as a Compliance Engineer (in a consumer electronics company, more on Standards and safety compliance), I`d been working for 4 years already on this field and planning to work abroad after 1 more year since I have commitments on DOST due to scholarship agreement.

But right now, there is an opportunity for me to pursue IT/Software internally in my current company, I`ve been thinking this field for years that`s why when the opportunity came internally I need to re-consider my current career path..

Okay, mag add nalang ako ng details para mas madali kayong mag bigay ng advice and insights. My current company is probably the best in PH pagdating sa consumer Electronics, arguably alam naman natin na hindi ganoon kalaki ang sahuran sa Engineering pero I would say na okay magpasahod dito compared sa iba but ayun nga, wala ng competition in regards sa employer or good company so meaning I would be stuck here and the best step forward is to work abroad. I am casually browsing IT/software career and it is obvious na may demand (and if may demand mas mataas ang offer) especially for highly skilled programmer and the salary is good when you job hop and plus the BPO aspects and WFH options. So guys, can you help me choose ? either way, both options are good, dipende nga lang sa perspectives *wink*
