Hello, I pass the final interview for a bpo company but I'm scared because my previous company might tag me as an awol employee although I pass an immediate resignation letter a month ago but didn't render the required 30 days service due to personal problems, I DIDN'T DECLARE MY PAST work experience in my resume and I have few questions in my mind.

1. Do I need to disclose to the h.r. of my current company that I have previous work experience and I'm tag as an awol employee?

2. Would i still be possibly be hired by this bpo company?.

3. What are the pros and cons and hiding my previous employment? nag trabaho ako for that company for 7 months from Nov to December
