Hi I need help, I'm tag as an awol by the previous company that I work on. Say for example nag apply ako sa BPO company need ko ba siyang iinclude sa resume ko or need ko sya ihide. Yung previous company ko is a manufacturing company kung saan ako ay isang logistics staff, nagpasa ako ng resignation letter sa boss ko but unfortunately need mag render ng 30 days. Sobrang pagod at hustle nung work, 7 months tinagal ko sa company, but nung sobrang stressful na I decided to quit. So i have a few questions in my mind.

1. Need ko ba isama sa resume tong previous job ko? or hindi. First job ko din po ito and nagbabalak po ako mag career shift.
2. May chance pa po ba akong mahire ng ibang company?
3. What are your tips in passing an interview for career shifters na nag AWOL? College graduate po ako pero sobrang naburn out po sa trabaho.
