Hi my company tag me as an awol employee. I can't stand the shouting, low wage net 6k kada kinsenas, heavy workload and toxic environment. I decided to leave and pass my resignation online. It's my first job and sa procurement ako na assign, thankfully may sumalo ng job responsibility ko. My mental and physical health is at stake and 7am to 7pm ang usually labas ko tas mag travel pa ako 2hrs para makauwi ng bahay. I'm an Industrial engineering grad, fresh graduate. Can i still be hired sa other companies? I'm planning to have a career shift kasi di ko din feel ung course ko. Tanung ko lang if possible pang mahire for example sa government, bpo? Natatakot kasi ako sa pag awol ko, but is the right choice kasi di ko na talga kaya yung stress. Need ko ng opinion new about this matter. I want to start again and never na ako papasok sa procurement/logistics na side ksi sobrang stressful.
