Hi, I'm currently on my 7 month working in a company. I pass my resignation online. I'm dying everyday in that company, the work culture, the boss, the shouting and the workload I cannot withstand all of it. I'm 25 a FRESH graduate at good university from Mapua actually, but I don't have the motivation to render 30 days service. The contract has no bond also. I want to shift career try out new things in life. Would I get hired parin even if I go Awol if I tried other field like Bpo or educ? besides I'm not really into my course as I'm planning to have a career shift. I want to get advise from you guys. Have any of awol people here get a job? Thank you.
