So ganon ba talaga? Kapag bago ka required ka mag OT? Kapag hindi ka ng render ng OT eh parang ang sama pa ng loob nila.

Alam ko bago palang ako sa work, Pero meron talaga akong gingawa tuwing weekend. Dapat daw ipriority ko ang company, kung hindi naman daw valid ang rason ko para hindi pumasok ng OT eh hindi nila icoconsider. Alam nyo un? Nakaka red flag itong company na to. Sinasabi pa na keso sila nagbibday ng pumapasok. So dpt gawin ko gnun din? Limang araw na ang pasok gusto pa na pasukin ang sabado.

Grateful naman ako na may work ako ngaun, na natanggap agad ako sa trabaho. Pero ung gnitong kalakaran na pinagagalitan ako kasi hindi ako nagOOT. Parang kasalanan ko pa na kulang ang tao. Hayyyyy.

Mukhang hindi na ako mareregular dito kasi hindi ako nagOOT.

Ps. Maganda attendance ko. Wala late wala absent.

OMG! Anong klaseng industry ba yan? Pero ang pangit mg culture ng company na yan. Its your choice if mag OOT ka or not. Wala dapat sapilitan para lang masatisfy yung pag missed manage ng manager mo. Kasi technically kasalanan nila yan if kulang staff.
