For those of you who have been in your current company for a long time now (maybe 5 years), what made you stay?
Ako kasi I just turned 9 years and it's my 3rd role now (promoted twice). I know may mga nagsasabi na job hopping is the key para mapa taas ang market value. I think in some cases, true naman sya. Don't get me wrong, dami ko nang ups and downs sa current company ko, and several times got on the verge of resigning. But if the company is good, you're bound to stay talaga.
Like in my case, when I recently applied for similar jobs outside, nalaman ko na I get paid slightly higher than the usual. Plus dagdag pa the benefits I get, like having (up to) 26 days VL and 15 days SL, flexi time, and perm WFH. So kahit minsan umay na umay na din ako and I want something different, ang hirap bitawan haha!
