In my case: Banking industry 10 yrs - 160% of your last salary × # of yrs of service 15 yrs - 170% of your last salary × # of yrs of service 20 yrs - 180% of your last salary * # of yrs of service 25 yrs - 190% of your last salary * # of yrs of service 30 yrs - 210% of your last salary * # of yrs of service
