So as of writing, I am currently unemployed na. Collabera hired me a year ago and deployed me to a client.

Marami silang sablay throughout my stay with them in terms of managing my file.

So I was only offered a 1-year contract with the client and ofc the usual spiel is “with a possibility of absorption”

Throughout my stay, para siyang “lazy-girl” job which I was surprised with cos with what I do and with previous employers, hectic siya.

Anyway, by the time malapit na matapos contract ko (I felt naman na walang absorption na magaganap), walang nag aadvise sa akin and I was following up with my client manager and collabera manager. Literal they told me na endo na ako, 2 weeks nalang. So much for courtesy diba?

Okay so ayun na nga. Now i’m just waiting for my final pay. If anyone worked with Collabera before, literal ba 30 days ang wait time?

I’m asking kasi with all of my previous employers, they all say that BUT nagiging 15 days lang or the next payrun agad from your last day.
