Post Body

Good morning, just asking for advice from a new corpo IT worker. been in the industry for 3 years so far, nahatak ako sa family business so medyo late na ako nakapasok sa scene (most of my friends in IT college mayaman na..). Just asking what would a good plan be.. my salary is just ok, but not enough pa din and madami po naririnig about sobrang laking salaried IT guys. US salary minsan na-compute ko at least 500k peso per month.. What is the road to get there..? stay in my current company gain experience and then shift to remote work and get US salary..? or move to US/europe to get higher salary.. How many years should I stay in my current company before I shift or should I remain a loyal employee na lang and stay long-term? How is the remote market for IT, having a hard time finding remote work (tried dynamit jobs, onlinejobsph, no luck..), jobstreet/linkedin? Should I move to US/Europe and then apply or should I start applying here? current skill is Java, html/css, javascript, and usual database, some reporting. Thank in advance.
