Torn between jobs dahil sa commute

As the title says. For context:

Job A: - 30-40k salary (base ung 30k tas may additional depende sa performance) REALLY great benefits. - kaso onsite sa ortigas... I'm from Cavite (near alabang na) - BUT night shift naman so iwas sa rush hour. But still not 100% in sa job kasi na-trauma yata ako sa commute nung student pa me lol

Job B:
- 20k salary hmo benefit yun lang - hybrid, afaik 2-3x a month lang yung pagpunta office & located sya sa ayala.

So yun nga, I'm really torn between the two. Alin ba dapat mas matimbang, yung salary diff or pagiging komportable ko sa bahay hahaha. For further context, this will be my first job since fresh grad ako. Help
