I did not proceed to the final interview! Did I do the right decision?

Post Body

There's this new company who needs a Senior HR to handle their overall HR work in the Philippines, tapos ikaw din daw yung gagawa ng payroll which is manual. It was not fishy at first because I've researched the company and malaki talaga siya outside the country.

Pero heto kase, they asked an agency to find their Senior HR. Pero while I was screened by this agency, I asked the process of the company na maaasign ako and they said that I will be hired first in their agency for a few months, with their benefits and such. Then nagtingle na yung senses ko na, it's kinda fishy diba. What if di ako nagustuhan nung new company na to, what will happen to me? It's just super weird, why would I be hired first in the agency then be hired by a company. Doesn't make sense, what do you think?
