For 3 years I thought I was really good friends with my co-workers; we shared stories about our lives, have met each others' family members, and have hung out outside of work.
For the past few weeks I've felt that I was slowly being iced out by the team, then when I reached out to find out if there was anything wrong, one of them sent me a long list of things I did wrong, which also included work-related feedback that I shared with our boss as peer feedback, which I also verbalized to them directly.
I was shocked by the list and vitriol that accompanied it, because this was a person I went to the hospital with when their wife went into labor and only left when they were okay. But I guess I was the only one who thought otherwise. I feel like they're gossiping about me all the time when I have not talked to anyone in the company at all.
I guess I just want to know what other people would do in my situation.
