Iām a career shifter and mainly yung experience ko is sa construction. So we mainly do project management in a traditional way (waterfall). So we prepare project summary, goals & objectives, in-scope/out-scope, deliverables, etc..
1 week na ko sa new work as a Project Manager which is a back-office/support role sa isang BPO company. And iām not sure kung yung understanding ko ng project management is same sa kanila. Mainly ang objective is internal process improvements (which I really like) pero ang gusto may project plan ka na within 2 days? Is this common ba sa BPO industry?
