Advice for a frustrated civil engineer

Post Body

Hello. I just wanted some insights regarding my current situation.

Background: - 3 years of exp. in proj management (owner/developer side) - resigned last April

As of now wala pa din ako mahanap na work. May mga interviews naman pero pag dating na sa salary either mas mababa sa prev ko or 0.5x lang ang increase.

Currently naghahanap ako ng remote work kasi napapagod na din ako sa construction and hindi sya fulfilling na para sakin. So nag aral ako mag planswift since ayun nakikita ko na hinahanap for remote work.

However, most of them need ng AU background or previous expi as QS.

I have also tried applying to MNCs pero i keep getting rejected lol.

My question would be: saan ba maganda makahanap ng remote work na related pa rin sa engineering and how to attract the right employers?

Yun lang. Thank you!
