Fair warning lang sa iba and just to share my experience. I am trying to career switch (from CE to tech) and I left my current job prior to finding a new one. More on project management roles ang tinatarget ko (considering I was a PM as well sa prior job)
So gusto ko lang i-share na iba din yung stress ng rejections, job applications, interviews, at ng word na “unfortunately”. Either wala kang enough relatable experience, masyadong mataas ang asking, or I don’t even pass the initial assessment.
I have no regrets naman with my decision to quit without securing a replacement job. Ang tindi lang ng reality check na my past career success doesn’t automatically mean na madali akong makakahanap ng work like what i was expecting hehe 🥲
Ayun lang. Apply apply na lang ulit. And if there are career switchers here would really appreciate your experiences/advice
