I’ve been working for 2 years now. 3 jobs so far going into my 4th. I’m about to be 26.
My main insecurity right now is I’m behind. I know people/batch mates who have stayed in the same company and have gotten managerial positions now while I’ve just been hopping into different positions/industries.
Only positive right now is this 4th company I’m going into is the career path and company I wanted ever since.
I guess I’m just looking for ppl on the same boat or with similar situations in terms of being delayed with their careers. How did you guys manage, emotionally on a day to day basis, and how did you thrive going forward?
**Thank you everyone who shared your insights and stories, it made me feel not alone and also I learned a lot from your guys’ mindset :))
Wish I could reply to all of you who took your time, but I’ll keep reading still!!
