Hi! I recently got a verbal offer for a Credit Analyst position in a local bank. I was recruited via LinkedIn. I applied, took the tests, and got interviewed by managers and a department head. In the interviews, the interviewers implied that it's not an easy job since it's fast-paced and time-consuming.
- May the credit analysts/evaluators (or bankers) here tell me the day-to-day workload of one?
Since it was only a verbal offer, I'm still not given any information about the salary package. So...
- What is the expected salary?
I looked it up and said that the average is between 20k and 40k. The range makes it hard to infer. For context, the bank that offered me the position is in the Top 3.
Now, I do have another offer—a written one—from a real estate company for a Finance Staff position with a salary package of 32k net.
- Should I use this as leverage for a higher salary package?
Thank you for the answers!
