I graduated from a big 4 university, I’m a cum laude, and I have interned with the biggest FMCG here in the Philippines. Still, i received an offer of 22k for my first job. I honestly don’t know how to negotiate so i accepted it. Now im reading post about fresh grads having 30-40k as their first pay. Also, little background about my major I’m a business grad and works in compliance. So do you guys think im being underpaid?
