Hi, currently handling business. And 8 hours ang work shift nila pero mas madalas 7 hours ang trabaho nila mas madalas wala naman ginagawa kase wala naman clients. Usually ang foot traffic days na marami is friday saturday and sunday but madalas wala talaga. And pumapasok sila late din, tama ba na hayaan ko lang na ganon? Tas lalayasan na lang nila ako pag alam nilang naghihigpit ako? 😔 tbh di ko na alam kung pano ang adjustment na gagawin ko.
