hello, I've received a JOfor a new company, mababa yung increase from my current salary parang 10 to 11 percent lang. but the work setup naman is work from home, something that I wanted to kasi ang setup namin sa work ay hybrid and nakakaiyak na mag commute.

sa benefits syempre mas okay pa rin sa current employer ko.

usually gaano kataas ang difference in percentage when you apply sa ibang companies? I was kind of expecting around 20 percent sana, kaya I was kind of disappointed since I ha e 6 years of experience and competitor pa yung inapplyan ko.

and is it right to negotiate the compensation? or pass nalang hahaha and if pwede mag negotiate? how do you do that, asking because i am a noob my current company is my first job hahaha I never left. thank you so much
