First question is about residencies in pharmacy. I am a current student and I still don't know what I want to do. My current thought is to work for a few years in retail and save money and then do a residency. I know this is not ideal because they usually like you to be right out of school but does anyone know if this is possible? I want to hear success stories of people going back to do their residency or something.
Secondly, I know it is a "myth" about the bonuses in Alaska but I did see that their median salary there is higher than US average. Do you know if there are bonuses or a program to get a job in Alaska? Also, is it true you get paid to live there?
Thanks!
