How can I work in the USA with a EU MSc pharmaceutical sciences degree?

Hi,
I have a 5 year master in pharmaceutical sciences from an EU university. My sister is working in the USA in a post-doc degree, and I would like to move there as well. Is there any way to do this?
I am young and only have 1 year experience in a community pharmacy, and just started an internship in drugs production in an international company to be the production line supervisor.
Thank you for any ideas and feedback.
Note: I don't want to work in communitary pharmacy but in the industry.
