So so far as intern, this is My impression of hospital pharmacy. 1- There is a alot of back-bitting & leg-pulling at hospital pharmacy. 2-It's relatively easy as compared to Retail/community pharmacy. 3-There is alot of down time at hospital pharmacy. 4- There is alot of Gossips/talking shit about each and other ones 5- there is also this sense of unaccomplishment whenever I work at my hospital job 6- surprisingly hospital pays way better to interns compares to CVS, and doesn't pay much to pharmacists, while at CVS I kill myself basically working as a pharmacist (obviously except verification I did everything) there is little to less compensation. My question is " Has anyone else preferred working in community rather than hospital and enjoyed it ?"
