Question about Phallo for Asian peeps

Hi guys! I have been back and forth between Phallo and meta. My problem with getting Phallo is the fact that I am susceptible to hypertrophic scars (and/or keloids) because of my Asian genes. When I got my top surgery, I developed hypertrophic scars and my surgeon told me it is very common in Asian skins (my surgeon was also Asian). So I was wondering, are there any Asian peeps here who have done phallo and found themselves with such scarring complications? I understand that everyone's skin is different but I would just be interested to know what it would look like if hypertrophic scars did develop. Thanks a bunch!
