Advice acne on pen skin

Any advice on how to treat acne and scars on the phallus? I always wash with soap throughly and use salicylic acid but it doesn’t seem to go away. I had latisimo dorsi flap MLD and my back is prone to acne. Any recommendations and advice would be greatly appreciated
