So two things..

I had RFF a few years ago ED (titan inflatable pump). The implant has always leaned 100% to the right which really bothers me (mentally). You can clearly feel the cylinder along the right and the tip is noticeable, especially when erect.

Last year I had a revision which unfortunately did nothing. My surgeon isn't able to get centered and recommends we wait until it hits year 5 and possibly replace the entire implant.

Anyone else have these issues and have success fixing?

Other issues - flattened glans and smaller girth. I've read about using fat but it seems that generally gets reabsorbed.

Curious if there have been any improvements or success stories out there?
