So I've decided I want phallo, and specifically I want RFF, with glans, UL, and scroto, but no ED. However, I had a question regarding the vaginectomy side of things. I know that getting UL without v-ectomy raises complications by like 100%, and the pros don't really outweigh the cons there, so I'm going to get it.
