Guys, new year, new workout routine tayo.
I've been pretty much active sa basketball as a beginner the past year, pero yun nga since almost 20 years of PC Games and upo upo lang sa harap ng PC, I realized and understand now that no amount of practice and skills training can take me to the next level, without properly fixing my foundations, (In my case, weak glutes and feet).
So ayun if malapit ka or anywhere around Tagaytay area, and you can join me for a regular workout, maybe thrice or 4x a week? And game ka for Self Improvement? Be it physical, mental, spiritual, practical skills or Arts, then tara lets be accountability buddied, be friends, workout together, and celebrate small gains together!!! Tara!
