So this year, I promised myself that I will be more committed to getting healthier and stronger. I’ve started making changes in the way I eat and move, but I wanted to really get into the habit of working out daily so I got myself an elliptical machine at home. Hopefully, when I’m stronger, I can join runs next year good and that’s something I am really excited for. 😊
That said, I’m hoping I can meet someone too who is on a similar journey? It would be nice to have someone to share this experience with ensure that we’re both setting ourselves up to succeed. I am no pro at this so we can learn together, and get our fitness goals whatever they may be - lose weight, gain weight, become stronger, not die.
We don’t have to meet or workout together; we can do it online if that’s what works for you too. We’ll just keep tabs and check on how each other is doing in our diet and workout. Would be nice if we share wins so we can inspire each other too!
I don’t have any requirements - I just ask that if you message me, you are genuinely committed to this fitness journey. I hope to have a safe, supportive and motivating space, so I hope that’s what you’re looking for too.
