I'm having serious issues with swing tempo. Only got the game last week, but long time player of TGC 2019. On 2019 I was consistently hitting -7 to -11 on most courses with pro clubs, but now on PGA 2k22, I'm lucky if I break par on Pro-Am. With Pro clubs I'm hitting 2 to 6 even if I get unlucky with hazards. I actually had to do Q-school course 5 or 6 times to complete it and move on.
I've done the swing calibration, doesn't seem to have helped. Also, it seems really inconsistent in general. The tempo for woods, irons, and wedges all seem very different, and likewise, two seemingly identical swings will get me slow on one and then very fast on the next. I don't get it.
I'm not here to bitch and moan and I'm sure there's been a million posts complaining about this. I'm just wondering if anyone has tips for improving my tempo and getting better beyond just suggesting swing calibration. Would like to get back up to pro clubs again eventually.
