Load screen crash XBox Series X

Seems like some but not all are having this problem and I am one of the unlucky few. New Series X owner, game will not load. On loading screen when “Press A to continue” prompt is selected, game crashes back to Xbox home screen.
Has anyone had any success fixing this issue or have suggestions on how to fix? Love the game, totally can’t play it. Which is for sure a first world problem.
Opened a support ticket with 2k, stock response about clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall, etc. all to no avail.
