anyare sa DOST stipend?

Grabe, last week of October pinangako na ibibigay na nila 'yung full stipend sa atin. Alam ko namang mandedelay talaga ang DOST, pero sobra naman na po ito. Hindi na nakakatuwa na palagi na lang kaming maghihintay nang matagal, at lalong hindi nakakatuwa na kailangan pang umutang ng iba bago niyo i-release 'yung stipend.
Buti nga, may naibigay na partial stipend sa iba, pero still it's not an excuse for DOST to delay releasing the budget for their scholars. Tapos, ang dami pa palang hindi nakakatanggap ng partial stipend.
